Nutrition Nuggets
Nutrition Nuggets is an informational newsletter Haven publishes every two months. Through the eyes of my children
Camp Safe Haven is Haven Hospice’s day camp that helps children cope with the loss of a loved one. “My children released their flowers in the lake, and the vision was beautiful—a sea of multi-colored carnations floating in the lake, each representing someone who had died. Maybe the lesson for me was that letting go could be beautiful.”
